DESCRIPTION

The site measuring 8200 sq ft was located in the uber-posh residential locality of Wallace Street in Nungambakkam. The brief was to design each complete floor as a single ultra-luxury apartment. Each apartment was around 3000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and a cantilevered garden fronting the living area. The gardens were stacked up vertically in a staggered pattern to create the front edge of the building. This created privacy and a green space for every apartment.
