The project ingeniously addresses the challenges posed by an L-shaped site with a narrow access path and the by-law limitations on the number of dwellings. Leveraging these constraints to our advantage, the masterplan optimizes space and fosters community living. The solution comprises of individual blocks strategically placed with common access points, courts and courtyards along with a shared community club, that promotes interaction and a sense of belonging among residents. Maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal through thoughtful utilization of available space, the project not only meets regulatory requirements but also creates a vibrant and inclusive living environment for its inhabitants.
