This tech lounge with start-up centre which is part of a functioning University. It was a 3 month fast-track new building that quietly integrates into the surroundings while capturing dramatic views and inheriting natural light. The commercial building dissolves into the woods by the fragmented reflections of the forestry and forms as a reflection of the green context it resides under. The exterior seamlessly acquires dark stained cedar that was paired with vast stretches of glass fronted by an arrival courtyard. The central courtyard brings many benefits to the design while making the building breathe from inside via increased natural light and improved ventilation conditions. This accommodates the floating population alongside becoming a transitory passage area with vertical and horizontal circulation.
