The site is located in Avadi, one of the fast growing outskirts of Chennai. Within the site, measuring only 52,085 SQ. FT, the challenge was to make the building that has a confluence of religious elements within a conventional envelope that can function throughout the year. To realize this concept, 10 avatars of Vishnu were embedded in abstract form and commercial shops were conjoined as part of tertiary functionality for the round the year operation. With multi-use capability, 43m length clear span main hall is adjoined with guest rooms in 1st floor, dining is bonded with one of largest serving kitchens beside the secondary hall in ground floor and guest room and staff rooms are positioned in the 2nd and 3rd floor respectively. Clearing provisions of requirements vertical zoning is completed by keeping the parking and services in the basement.
