The brief was to design a single ultra-luxury apartment in each floor amidst the selected uber-posh residential locality of the city. Maximum space utilisation with best possible lighting and ventilation were prioritised for every space. Each 4-bedroom apartment is around 3,000 SQ. FT with a cantilevered planter area the extends from the living room. The planter is stacked up vertically in a staggered pattern to create an embellished front end for building. Privacy and a greenery are distinct features of these apartment that subsequently relates to feeling called home. This can be perceived through the innovative adaptations of the interiors by the residents that ultimately contributes to the design, translating it into a successful project.
