Through the creative merger of two adjacent apartments, a spacious 4BHK luxury was born. The design integrates minimalist principles with subtle nods of tradition while drawing inspiration from classical stance of Mylapore. The residence boasts of expansive views of the city from its double height balcony garden. This connection from west extends till east while seamlessly integrating natural light and ventilation throughout the day. The core central axis threads the dining, living, and family areas with balconies as focal points and, the bedrooms and kitchen abuts it, fostering a sense of openness and flow. The warmth of fluted wooden panels is complemented by the calming palette of neutral tones which is highlighted through the special unique space of this house, i.e. dance room.
