First and Foremost, The design focuses on creating a iconic structure when viewed from the vantage point on both the sides of the Chennai-Bangalore Highway. Unlike other malls this mall provides open air theatre and focuses on large open gathering spaces,even making it easier for the event organizers.This project is set to become the first prototype of that kind, having several sit out spaces , plaza area outside the Mall.
